Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful order confirmation. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

During product launches, sales, festivals, or high-order-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.


Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines are:

  • Metro Cities: 3–7 Business Days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4–8 Business Days
  • Remote Locations: 5–10 Business Days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.


Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are included in the product pricing displayed on our website. No additional standard shipping fee is charged to customers during checkout unless otherwise specified.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable). Customers can track their shipment using the provided tracking information.


Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted. Customers may initiate a return or exchange request after delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Returns & Exchanges

Customers can request eligible returns or exchanges through their VKrafted customer account at:

All return and exchange requests remain subject to VKrafted's eligibility conditions and approval process.


Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
  • Original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
  • The product must be returned in its original condition.
  • A valid order number must be provided.

VKrafted reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.


Size Exchanges

One size exchange is permitted per order, subject to stock availability and product eligibility.

Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.

If the requested size is unavailable, VKrafted may offer store credit, an alternative product, or another suitable resolution at its discretion.


Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete order:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear photographs of the product and packaging.
  • An unboxing video may be requested for verification purposes.

Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for approval.


Return Shipping

If the return is approved due to:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged product received

VKrafted will arrange or cover the return shipping cost.

For approved size exchanges, VKrafted may arrange return pickup subject to eligibility and stock availability.

VKrafted does not accept returns or provide refunds for change-of-mind purchases, personal preference, or incorrect size selection.

Customers who have selected an incorrect size may request a size exchange in accordance with this policy.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Gift cards
  • Products marked as final sale or non-returnable
  • Products showing signs of use, washing, damage, or alteration after delivery
  • Products returned without original tags, labels, or packaging
  • Products returned after the 7-day return window
  • In addition, returns and refunds are not available for:
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Incorrect size selected by the customer
  • Personal preference or dissatisfaction unrelated to product defects
  • Failure to review the size guide before ordering

Refund Policy

Refunds are initiated only after the returned product has been received and successfully inspected by our team.


Refund Timeline

Prepaid Orders

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Approved refunds are processed via bank transfer or store credit. Customers may be required to provide bank account details for processing.

Refunds are typically completed within 5–10 business days after approval.


Store Credit

In certain approved cases, VKrafted may offer store credit as an alternative resolution. Store credit, where applicable, will be issued to the customer's account and may be used toward future purchases.


Important:

If your t-shirt feels too small or too large but matches the size chart, please request a Size Exchange.

Returns are only approved for eligible cases such as damaged products, incorrect items, manufacturing defects, or products that do not match the published specifications.
