Delete My Account

We're sorry to see you go. If you'd like to permanently delete your VKrafted account and all associated personal data, please send us a request using the details below. We will process your request within 30 days in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

How to submit your request

Step 1 — Send an email to:

support@vkrafted.in

Step 2 — Use this subject line:

Account Deletion Request

Step 3 — Include the following in your email:

  • Your full name
  • Your registered email address
  • Reason for deletion (optional)

Please note: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Any pending orders must be completed or cancelled before your account can be deleted.

What gets deleted

  • Your personal profile and login credentials
  • Saved addresses and contact details
  • Order history and purchase records
  • Wishlist and saved items
