2. Returns / Exchanges

To be eligible for a return/exchange, products must be in original condition — unused, with original tags/packaging, and accompanied by the order invoice or proof of purchase.

Items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect (wrong size/print) can be returned or exchanged under this policy. If the fault is ours, we will bear the return shipping cost.
3. Refunds
