1. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer multiple payment methods including online payment and Cash on Delivery (COD). VKrafted

  • Orders will be shipped using the courier / shipping services we engage. Delivery times may vary based on your location, courier service, and other factors.

2. Returns / Exchanges

  • We accept product exchanges/returns within 7 days from the date of delivery. VKrafted+1

  • To be eligible for a return/exchange, products must be in original condition — unused, with original tags/packaging, and accompanied by the order invoice or proof of purchase.

  • Items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect (wrong size/print) can be returned or exchanged under this policy. If the fault is ours, we will bear the return shipping cost.

3. Refunds

  • Upon receiving and verifying the returned item, we will process the refund or exchange as per your request.

  • Refunds will generally be credited to the original payment method (or as store credit where applicable) within a reasonable time.

  • For COD orders, refund may be issued via bank transfer or store credit — depending on your preference and our policies.

4. Non-returnable Items

  • Customized, printed, or made-to-order products may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged.

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse will not be eligible for return/exchange.

5. How to Request a Return/Exchange

  • Contact us at contact@vkrafted.in within 7 days of delivery, with order number, product details, and reason for return/exchange.

  • We will guide you through the return process and provide shipping instructions (if return postage is needed).
